Bergen Resource Centre for International Development
Juss 2, Jekteviksbakken 31
The subjects debated ranged from the role of the South-South co-operation and the future “architecture” for development co-operation to existing − and as yet largely unmet − commitments to improve aid effectiveness. This took place against the background of major changes – changing global relations, the rise of new South powers, increasing South-South co-operation, new mechanisms and new sources of development finance. How will this changing landscape affect the co-operation for development?
